Way to Start

As a SEBI-registered Investment Advisory firm (Reg. No. INA000020059), we are required to follow certain mandatory steps before onboarding a client and start advising. These steps, outlined below, are designed to ensure full transparency and regulatory compliance and also to protect the interest of both the parties.

  • Initial  Discussion
    A recorded Zoom meeting with our Principal Officer, Mr. Jaideep Menon, will help us understand your investment goals and explain our model. You may book a time slot through the “Book an Appointment” section on our website.
  • Risk Profiling
    You will receive a link to fill a simple online questionnaire to assess your risk tolerance and suitability.
  • Account Opening
    After profiling, the account opening process will be initiated digitally.
  • Signing of Letter of Engagement
    A SEBI-mandated Letter of engagement will be signed online using Aadhaar OTP, and you will receive a copy signed by both  for your records.

Account Opening Requirements

Once you decide to proceed, you will receive a secured link to complete your onboarding process, via our technology platform.  For Demat cum trading account you may choose from a range of brokers like Zerodha, Upstox, IIFL, ICICI Direct, Groww, Angel One, and others. During this process, you have to  link your bank account (specifically meant for this investment) to route your investments. This helps you to get the payouts on sale of shares and dividends, whereby making it convenient for you to track.

Once your account is activated, we shall  share a signed copy of your Letter of Engagement with your agreed risk profile.
